Mr Lim Cheng Lok had been one of the main inspirational and driving forces behind the team, E-ability. He is dynamic and proactive, guiding the team members through the execution of their project effectively. He had always made an effort to avail himself to the team, providing constructive advice and feedback to allow them to learn and grow throughout the project. When things went wrong, he was able to support and encourage the members, prodding them to move on despite their mistakes.

Despite tight work schedules and family commitments, Mr Lim Cheng Lok always found time to work with the team and sat in for their project meetings. On his own initiatives, Mr Lim also helped to be their overall logistics and outsourcing in-charge – handling the work of transporting equipment, posters making and even providing free gifts for their main event. Furthermore, his enthusiasm for the team’s project was displayed when he showed up in the team’s event with his family, giving them the morale boost in their event.

To the members of team E-ability, Mr Lim Cheng Lok is one mentor whom they will look up to, one who provided them with listening ears, and exuded great motivational skills for the success of their project.
